The sacroiliac joint (SIJ) is a very important part of the body \u2013 it\u2019s like the bridge between your upper and lower body. Injuring this area can be very tough, as nearly every lower body movement you do affects the SIJ.<\/p>\n
Having SIJ pain also changes the way you move, almost subconsciously!
